It is about a 5 minute walk from Oliver's Yard to the Finsbury Leisure Centre.

Matches are 10 minutes each way
All players must wear shin guards and remove all jewellery. They are very strict on this.
Head height rule applies and is usually taken as head height of ref. Punished by an indirect free kick.
Only the goalkeeper is allowed in the goal area. Attacking players concede a free kick, defenders concede a penalty.
Players must stay on their feet. Sliding tackles and sliding kicks are punished by a direct free kick.
Goalkeepers must roll the ball out under-arm from the goal area. Punished by a free kick 2 yards from the area.
Goalkeepers are allowed to come out of the goal area. To bring the ball out of the area they must roll the ball out rather than dribble it out. Punished by a free kick 2 yards from the area.
If the goalkeeper rolls the ball to a team-mate, the ball cannot be returned directly to the area. This is punished by a free kick 2 yards from the goal area.
The ball remains in play if it bounces off the boundary boards, unless it is inside the area when play is re-started with "keeper's ball".
Defending players must be at leat 2 yards from the ball at a free kick.
