Morningstar 4-1 Sports Interactive

Well done lads!! :-)

Miss Sawyer has once again donned the press hat this week:

============

Well, what a match. Well done to Tom and Dynamo Donovan for scoring the goals, and also to Rossi to providing us with a multitude of entertainment. Firstly his choice of shorts was simply a moment in M*/Hemscott fashion history (second only to Jamie’s pink shorts in February). Secondly, the removal of his shirt at half time was a welcome view for the spectators – well done Rossi, more of that next week please (and if you get a moment, pop over to my desk and reveal the secret behind that tan).

So, onto football. The final score was 4-1 to us (Donovan 1, Whitelaw 3), although the other team didn’t even manage to make the back of our net quiver. So where did the other goal come from, I hear you ask? The only other feasible option would be an own goal but surely not from our technically brilliant players? No. The ref?? No. The goalie?!! Yep. Crow had what we call ‘butterwings’ today so that’s where the 5th goal came from. Enough said. However, he did redeem himself off-pitch by inventing a new word, and also inventing a sound effect to go with it. Just ask him to do this sound effect when you next see his smiley Crow-face in the office, and I’m sure he’ll be more than happy to oblige. The word? Crowgasmic
